HARDWARE COMPONENTS[edit]

Tekla cluster is composed of:

           * 1 master node Dell PowerEdge 850
                   P4 mono-core (3.6GHz) / 2GB RAM (DDR2-533MHz) / 2x500GB Hard Disk Drive
           * 48 nodes Dell PowerEdge 850 (tekla001-tekla048)
                   P4 mono-core (3.6GHz) / 2GB RAM (DDR2-533MHz) / 80GB Hard Disk Drive
           * 32 nodes Intel SR1530AH (tekla049-tekla080)
                   P4 quad-core (2,4GHz) / 8GB RAM (DDR2-667MHz) / 160GB Hard Disk Drive

There are 2 queues:

           * c0 (tekla001-tekla048) 
           * q0 (tekla049-tekla080)

All network is connected with ethernet 1Gbps

SOFTWARE COMPONENTS[edit]

VASP 4.6 you can find a manual in: [VASP Site] or alternatively in our software repository software repository in pdf format.

The Current version in Tekla is VASP current version

For CI-NEB calculations the packages come from [Austin (Texas) - Vasp TST Tools]
