Heat up in the microwave for about 10-15 minutes (don't let it boil though). Take out the lemon peel and cinnamon stick, add the diluted cornflour, mix well and put into the microwave for another minute. Take out the mix, add the coconut and whisk. Pour caramel into the mould (or prepare by heating 75 gr sugar and a little water in the microwave) and pour the custard mix, heat in the microwave for 5-7 minutes. Wait for the custard to cool before you unmould it.
