We have a kettle, a coffee machine and a small fridge in the lab:

• The kettle is very easy to use; if you aren't sure, just ask one of us. You can use water from the dispenser but despite being mineral water, it's very hard, so we have to clean the kettle quite often. Please clean it when you notice it's getting "limy", there're cleaning tabs. Teas and herbal teas disposed in the coffee table will be assumed to be to share (unless clearly labelled).

• The coffee machine only works with Nespresso capsules. You can buy them online at http://www.nespresso.com/precom/n_art_es_es.html or from any of their shops in Barcelona (we recommend the shop at Passeig the Gràcia),Tarragona (Corte Ingles) and Reus (Centre comercial Pallol). As many of us have coffee in the lab, we usually make a "collective order" and share the shipping and handling costs. If you are interested in buying some coffee just tell ENRIC AND MARINA. Nespresso 8and similar) capsules are not recyclable, they go in the non-recyclable bin.
  • There are compatible capsules from Marcilla or other brands, that you can find at most supermarkets.

There are milk and sugar available in the lab, but as ICIQ does not pay for them, we have to buy them ourselves. You can of course bring your own, but if you use "the community's", please leave some money in the moneybox next to them, so that we can buy more (as well as cleaning tabs for the kettle etc), "we" includes "you" of course, it's not fair that one person has to do the shopping always!

Please keep the "coffee area" clean and tidy and report any malfunctioning or issues.
