The first section will be used to present some interesting papers, methods, news about the development of some concepts. Some slides should be prepared to discuss the topic. In the case somebody wants to rehearse his/her presentation (for a congress, seminar, etc), we can use this section to do so. To book rooms/times you should ask Angel L. Mudarra, as Seminar Manager,  in advance.

The second section will consist in problem sessions dedicated to different chemistry fields. The aim is to discuss and learn how to tackle different chemical problems, from basic to more complex systems. Besides, we will also discuss real applications and ways to study these chemical problems in both experimental and computational ways. All the sessions and an index with the content will be uploaded in the group repository so that you can consult whenever you need it. In case you have doubts, concerns, or you just want to discuss some of the current results, this is the perfect chance!

The second section will be used to present some current 'results' (not a formal presentation using slides) and we will discuss about Chemistry together. I would like to highlight that 'results' means everything, not just positive results (which are always welcome).

The presentations are scheduled (only for part a)) for the whole group. It should be noticed that part b) is kind of voluntary (we should have something to discuss each four weeks).

Seminars:

The seminars will be divided in two parts:

a) Literature or rehearsal (10-15 min). Slide presentation.

b) Problem sessions (without the boss!)

The first section will be used to present some interesting papers, methods, news about the development of some concepts. Some slides should be prepared to discuss the topic. In the case somebody wants to rehearsal his/her presentation (for a congress, seminar, etc), we can use this section to do so. To book rooms/times you should ask Bruna, as Seminar Manager, in advance. The presentations of section a)are scheduled for the whole group (see below).
