Our lab's called PB8 and at ICIQ we're know as "The Theoreticians" ("los teóricos").
You'll be given a key to the door (main door) that's next to the toilets, if you need to open the other door (opposite the cluster room) you'll find the key in the key cabinet next to it. If you're the last to leave the lab (or you come on a holiday) please remember to switch off both the AC and the lights, and lock both doors.
Our books, programm manuals and CDs are locked in the bookcases next to the main lab door. the key is in the key cabinet (see above).
Our stationery and office material are in the cupboards labelled "OFFICE MATERIAL" and "ARCHIVE". We usually have a good stock of everything, if you need something or you see that we're running out of anything, please tell Núria V.
If you need blank CVs or DVDs, please ask Martín.
There's a First Aid Kit, it's next to the key cabinet. ICIQ doesn't provide aspirin, paracetamol etc.
We keep an archive of relevant personal/academic documents. You've got a personal folder where all your documents are kept. You can find it in the cabinet labelled "ARCHIVE 1". Please remember to give Núria V. any new relevant documents she might need.
Please tell Martín when you notice any issues with the printers (malfunctioning, toner running out etc). Print on used paper when possible, put one-side printed paper on its tray next to the printer, and throw useless paper in the recycling bin.
Remember to use GIDIC http://gidic.iciq.es/login_page.php to report issues to the IT or Maintenance Departments
There's a container for plastic in the "coffee area" and you can put flat batteries in a small container on the desk next to the printers.
