There is a seminar program that is organized by the young researchers at ICIQ (PhD students and postdocs). The young researchers, propose speakers they would like to invite, then there is an election within their group,then an election within all ICIQ young researchers, and finally the possible speakers are contacted by order of number of votes. If they accept their visit is arranged, if they can't/don't want to come the next in the list is contacted. We participate in the elections as a "computational loby", ... or so are we friendly called.
