The recipe of the cheese cake:
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 400 gr of "Phyladelphia" like cheese.
- 9 tablespoons of sugar.
- 4 tablespoons of cornmeal (Maizena).
- 3 yoghourts.
Separate the whites of the eggs from the yolks and whisk the whites until hard peaks from.
Mix the yolks, the cheese, the sugar, the cornmeal and the yoghourts.
Add the whisked whites to the mixture and cook in the oven at about 170º C for aprox 30-40 minutes.
