The recipe of the Rulltårta:

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 2 dl sugar
- 2 dl flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- ½ milk (or cream)
- Jam
- Oven 250°C.
- Whip eggs and sugar until it gets kind of light yellow.
- Put in the baking powder
- Whip the flower into the mixture carefully
- Put the milk in.
- Put a paper (special kind of baking paper) in a 30x40 form.
- Put the cake mixture in the form. (Picture 1)
- 5 minutes in the oven, but take care: the number of minutes depends on the oven. (Picture 2)
- Put a baking paper on the table. (no picture)
- Put sugar on it. (no picture)
- When the cake is done put it on this “sugar paper” up side down. (picture 3)
- Spread out the jam. (picture 4)
- Make a roll. (picture 5)
- Let it to be cold.
- Cut it into slices, put whipped cream on to make it a "party cake".
