- For cough and sore throat: drink lemon juice with honey; chop/slice a clove of garlic and swallow it just before going to bed

-This is a really good drink for dehydratation, gastroenteritis, etc. and also for sore throat: 1 lemon (juice), a spoon of honey, and a pinch of baking soda (NaHCO3) and salt (NaCl) in one liter of water.


- Remember the 20 x 20 x 20 rule: take a rest from your PC screen every 20 minutes, blink 20 times quickly to give your eyes a rest, look at something that's about 20 feet away and... back to work!
