1) ask your boss (if possible with an approx. estimate of cost)

2) download and fill in the forms about R+D+i procedures ICIQ_Procedures

3) ask for travel insurance at least a week before your departure date

4) once back, fill in the "assessment" and "individual training" documents in the R+D+i procedures ICIQ_Procedures

6th International School and Workshop on "Time-Dependent Density-Functional Theory: Prospects and Applications"

The school will take place from Janary 5th to January 13th, and the workshop will start January 14th and finish on January 17th. Attendance of graduate students and post-docs will be strongly encouraged through the inclusion of short contributed talks and a poster session. Furthermore, we will award to PhD students who present an outstanding poster short oral presentations.

FemEx-Oslo conference

June 13-June 16 2014 close to Oslo (Norway)

The goal of the conference is to promote female excellence in theoretical and computational chemistry and for this reason the invited speakers are mostly female scientists. However, all male and female participants are encouraged to contribute by presenting their own work. Ten oral presentations will be selected among those registered with abstract for oral presentation regardless of gender.

3. 12 oral communications will be selected between all the oral communications submitted.

4. Scholarships are offered to the major number of GEQO junior memberships, after registration, payment, and abstract submission as active participant. It will be notified along the last week of June.
