Computer Queries & Problems and GIDIC

Our groups have their own IT technician, Martín. He’s in charge of the computer cluster, of installing programs etc. Tell him about any problems you have with anything to do with your PC (linux), programs, internet...

If you have any issue related to Windows, e-mail,... ICIQ has an IT department, there’s a special program to report computer problems, suggest or ask for things. It’s called GIDIC (http://intranet.iciq.es/images/stories/deptTI/gidicveng.pdf and you access it at: http://gidic.iciq.es).

GIDIC is also the tool to communicate problems when things do not work, i.e. problems with electricity, water, doors... then you need to chose the Maintenance option in the initial menu.
