The cheese cake

The recipe of the cheese cake:

Ingredients:

• 3 eggs

• 300 gr of "Phyladelphia" like cheese.

• 9 tablespoons of sugar.

• 4 tablespoons of cornmeal (Maizena).

• 3 iogurts.

Separate the whites of the eggs from the yolks and whisk the whites until hard peaks from.

Mixt the yolks, the cheese, the sugar, the cornmeal and the iogruts.

Add the whisked whites to the mixture and cook in the oven at about 170 C during aprox 30-40 minuts.
