R+D+i Management System
- INTERESTING ARTICLES LIST: Every month we've got to prepare a list with interesting articles/book chapters. The list (spreadsheet) is in the groups' common folders. In the spreadsheet you copy the article's data (journal, date etc), the subject, a short description and whether it's important for present or/and future projects. You've also got to upload the article in PDF format. If you choose a book or book chapter, please give all these details: Book title, chapter, pages you select as important, and write a note saying ICIQ has the actual book (instad of sending a .pdf)
If you've got trouble accessing the common folder, please contact Martin.
- GROUP MEETINGS: when we have a group meeting, we need to write a summary that I ask you to sign as proof that you’ve attended.
- EMPLOYEE TRAINING: each of you has a document in which we have to keep a record of any “training activities” you take part in, it’s like a short CV. You should update this document yourselves with information on ICIQ's language classes, congresses, summer schools etc.
- COURSES, CONFERENCES, CONGRESSES: when you go to a course, summer school, congress or anything “educational” from which you’re supposed to “learn” something, we’ll have to fill in some forms. The first one is to inform Direction that you want to attend, the second one you've got to fill in when the course/congress finishes. If you get a certificate, we should file a copy in your "Employee training" record.
- EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION SURVEY: we'll fill it in once a year to give our opinion on ICIQ, suggest things to improve etc.
