LYNC

In 2012 ICIQ implemented Lync 2010 to improve the communications between personnel. This service provides real-time instant message (IM), audio and video calling, and also provides multiparty IM, and Audio/Video Conferencing and Collaboration.

This services is available for people inside the facilities of the ICIQ as well from outside, by using a rich client installed on Windows or Mac OSX computers, a web based client for any computer, or mobile versions for Smartphones or tablets as well (iOS or Android).
