How to proceed when new software/renewals are needed

If you need new software for your work, or you notice that the licence has expired, is about to etc. please tell Martín (maybe we do have the software that you need!!!)

If it is necessary to buy software or pay to renew a licence, ask your boss or ask Martin to tell your boss.

Martín is in charge of software and we can't simply buy what we need without letting him know.

Núria V. is in charge of making the purchase order and ICIQ-related bureaucracy regarding the purchase.
