When you travel to EU for conferences, workshops etc. you must do so with a valid EU health card. Núria V. *must* upload it to the intranet when communicating your trips to Human Resources (HR).

If you're a EU citizen you can request the card online and it’ll be sent to your home, it’s valid for 2 years.

If you're from a non-EU country then you need to ask for an appointment at the "Seguridad Social" website and go in person to get a certificate that is only valid for 1 trip. HR still have to let the Social Security know when you’re travelling, so Núria V. needs your docs and to fill in the form on the intranet.
